A: It's a software package for camera control, image sequence playback, post processing, converting of file formats and motion analysis for the MOTIONeer and VITcam cameras.
Q: What are the benefits of Imaging Studio compared to the previous camera control software?
A: Imaging Studio offers
- operate cameras in a "frame synch" mode (with new cameras only)
- extra tools to rotate the preview and playback image
- zooming in and out plus magnifier
- automated white balance as well as manual color correction
- image control tab (brightness, contrast, video effects etc.)
- OSD ("on screen display" for time, frame no., camera setup, etc.)
- Crosshair measurement (manual motion analysis)
Q: Is Imaging Studio free of charge? - Office version
A: If you want to use Imaging Studio as a player for your high speed camera and other movie sequences simply install the software on your PC. This so called "office Version" is free to copy and distribute. There are limitations in the operation of the software (e.g. no MPEG conversion). We welcome feedback about ideas, bugs, and improvements.
