Airborne Housing

Cameras that are directly mounted on the wing tips or the tail are may need protection against sever environments. AOS developed an airborne housing protecting the camera and the lens. The enclosure features a window heating, interface electronics for integration into the aircrafts electronic system and special air worthy connectors. The complete system including the camera underwent testing and certification by an independent laboratory according MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461.

Sub Sea Housing

For application under water, in harsh, wet and muddy environment AOS offers a complete set including camera housing and light containers all mounted on a solid frame. The user can interface via cabling, securely embedded in sea water proof hoses, with all devices under water and does have a life view of the scene. Custom adaption for specific needs are offered on a very cost efficient base.

Protective housings

To protect the valuable camera system against impacts from the rough industrial environments, we offer dedicated protection housing and enclosures for the camera as well as for the control unit.
