In 1998, AOS was originally founded as a GmbH (LLC). To expand AOS capacities in both engineering and manufacturing the GmbH (LLC) was incorporated into AOS Technologies AG in 2002 and became a member of HT-Services AG. HT-Services is a privately owned Hi-Tech holding based in Baden, Switzerland.
